3. Sign the declaration in section 8. This will need to be signed by both the current and new owner

4. Tear off and keep the New Keeper Slip (V5C/2) located at the bottom of the page.

5. Mail the completed V5C, excluding the New Keeper Slip, to the DVLA

6. Await confirmation that your request has been processed.

1. Find your V5C logbook to get your 11-digit reference number
